Returns Policy


We hope that you are fully satisfied with your tiles. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us. We will endeavour to do what we can to make sure that you are fully satisfied.

Please check your order thoroughly and report any fault or intent to return goods to us by emailing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

You will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the goods, but we will thoroughly check the tiles when they arrive back with us and will reimburse any transport costs of faulty goods. We are unable to take responsibility for damage of returned goods whilst in transit so please ensure that the goods are appropriately insured for transportation.

Installation constitutes acceptance of the product and we cannot offer a refund or exchange on goods that have already been installed.
